Field report describing the performance of the Vanguard RS VII 1-7 x 44 on a recent hunting trip. The scope worked well on the Sig 5.56, no issues and held zero despite being dropped. Great low light visibility, the red dot is daylight bright and the German #4 reticle is super crisp. Overall, very impressed! Unboxing and initial reviews of two scopes from Vanguard. I first found them in 2015 when I bought 10-42 binoculars and have been super pleased. Top-flight fit and finish and super clean glass on both of these LPVOS. With the features these have they make great options for tactical applications or for use when hunting short to mid-range.

Fish eye is minimum and the controls are intuitive and well laid out. Really a great scope.
