Hello! My name is Quinn and I am glad you are here. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast and really love exploring. I started this site as an informative resource to help other sporting types make informed decisions about gear and to provide practical tips and how to videos and blog posts.

I hold a master's degree in Environmental Science and a doctorate degree in Coastal and Marine System Science from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. I work at an environmental NGO and do all this stuff to help create a sustainable future for my little girl.
